Membership Plan Disclaimer
Effective June 1st, 2024, we will no longer be able to accept Care Credit as payment for your New Image Dental Benefits Annual Membership fee.
We will accept Care Credit as payment for services not included in your membership, however, the New Image Dental Benefits 10% discount will not be applied.
